The general purpose of this paper is, towards municipal source knowledge, to study Treasury incidence of Cortes council, designed by King Martin of Aragon in the city of Valencia between 1401 and 1407. Call for Cortes council means to Valencia's city big expenses about municipal Treasury. All of them were accounted by <i>clavario</i> of the city in his book of accounts (document wages, copy, donations, etc.).
